The Real Iron Chef Tim Hammack

Chef Tim Hammack serves up to 1,200 meals a day from whatever is donated to the Bay Area Rescue Mission in Richmond, Calif. Like Dr. Dave Ores, Tim isn’t waiting around for government to help solve problems. He is hopping in and doing it himself.

Like Iron Chef, he has no idea what the secret ingredient is every day. I’d like to see him compete some time.
